Request Form
In many educational disciplines, using illustrative images is very important for both instruction and scholarship. VRC produces slides and digital images free of charge for faculty and staff for purpose associated with such (see copyright guidelines). Those who wish to request should fill out a Request Form that is available in PDF or at VRC office (VA 201).
Once the request is submitted, VRC will shoot or scan images on the same week. We will then mount, label, and catalogue these images. Please note that it generally takes 2-3 weeks (or more) to complete the request depending on the number of image in a single request or amount of request submitted to the VRC. All of the requested slides and/or digital images will become part of CSUSB VRC collection.
Copy stand equipment is also available for faculty, staff, and students who wish to make slides of their artwork and teaching materials. Please call VRC to make an arrangement. Please note that VRC will not provide slide films nor develop films.
